Upon instructing Michael Rhodes to arrange for your conveyancing to be dealt with you will receive a written fixed quote which will be itemised and will include the fees, disbursements and vat. You will also be issued with a personal password to allow you to access your file 24 hours a day to monitor the progress of both your sale and purchase.
