"TOP SECRET" DOCUMENTS GO MISSING FROM LEADING SOUTHAMPTON ESTATE AGENTS

Southampton estate agent Michael Rhodes has appealed for the safe return of a top secret document that has been mislaid from its Oxford Street office.

Marked ‘Classified’ managing director of Michael Rhodes David Brieley says that if it falls into the wrong hands it may give away crucial agency trade secrets.

Commenting on the incident, David said: “We are not quite sure how the file has been mislaid but it’s a serious issue for the Southampton office. It details important secrets of how we’ve become one of the leading estate agents in the area and about some of our key personnel. We are requesting any information that leads to the safe return of the files.”

Michael Rhodes is one of the most successful independent estate agents in the region and records an impressive 82% sales rate on all its properties within the period of  sole agency agreement.

MICHAEL RHODES NOMINATED FOR PRESTIGIOUS NATIONAL AWARD

Independent estate agents Michael Rhodes in Southampton were nominated for a prestigious national Award in November 2006.

Michael Rhodes was one of only 4 nominations for the Quality Supplier Award by Home Sale Network, the national Network of selected independent estate agents.
